1. Information on How To Enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, stockists and the agency associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. This offer only applies to purchases from participating stockists between 09/01/2012 and close of business 07/05/2012 ("the Promotional Period"). Redemption forms must be received by the promoter by last mail 21 May 2012. Redemption forms after this date will not be accepted. Please allow up to 4 weeks after providing your completed redemption form and attached copy of proof of purchase for receipt of the Facial Wand Eyebrow Shaper.

4. The promotion is open to eligible customers who purchase any stickered Nad’s product  during the promotional period from a participating Coles or Chemist Warehouse stockist. Eligible customers who complete the redemption form and comply with these terms and conditions will receive a Nad's Facial Wand Eyebrow Shaper.

5. Product in respect of which a refund or credit is given or is otherwise free of charge is not eligible.

6. The free product can only be claimed by completing the online redemption form and posting a copy of proof of purchase to the mail or email address specified on the redemption form.

7. There is a limit of one redemption per person per week over the promotional period.
 
8. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Any cost associated with accessing the promoter’s website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) To disqualify any entrant; or (b) Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) Any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

13. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided the customer may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised and subject to relevant laws, each participant also agrees that the promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the claimant. As per the relevant privacy legislation, a request to access, update or correct information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out below. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
