Last Saturday, 31st March 2012...the Nad's Team flew to Melbourne to attend the Blogger's BBQ organized by Kids Business. 

The key highlight of the event for Nad’s was the reaction we received for the sneak peak of our YouTube video, “GloZell, Hairiest Man in Australia Uses Nad’s Hair Removal”.  The response of the bloggers was just amazing!!!

Within 24 hours of the event, we experienced a 100% spike in our Twitter conversations and followers.

We were amazed how within 4 hours; we were able to meet and engage with so many delightful bloggers, introduce our product range and demonstrate how our number one selling product, The Nad’s Eyebrow Shaper Facial Wand works – that’s right, we actually created over 50 Wow BrowsTM.

Overall, the event was a huge success for Nad’s!

Hi everyone, in the past few weeks Nad's had been actively participating in the World's Greatest Shave. We did the waxing for Karl's Charity Leg wax, donating $5,000 for the cause and another $5,000 for 2GB's Ben Fordham's Manzillian; another fundraiser for the Leukaemia Foundation.

However, that $10,000 is just a drop in the ocean because just this year more than 11,500 people are expected to be diagnosed with a blood cancer or related blood disorder in Australia.  This equates to 31 people every day. Money is needed to fund research to find better treatments, cures and fund the Leukaemia Foundation's free services to support patients and their families from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

It is one of Australia's biggest fundraising events.   Every March thousands of people shave, colour and wax their hair to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.

On Thursday, the 15th of March 2012  Nad's will be participating again in another World's Greatest Shave event.  Nad's will be waxing in  the "SURRY HILLS ROCKS : SHAVE AID" -  a music fundraiser event to raise awareness and much needed funds for leukaemia.
